Description
A special type of ferment with a brine created by combining kefir whey & salt to filtered water. Vegetables are added to the brine and the living bacteria will begin to break down and ferment the vegetables; rendering them to be rich in probiotics and beneficial enzymes. This is considered a “Forever Ferment”, meaning you can keep replenishing the vegetables with what’s on hand to feed the bacteria and the fermentation process can continue indefinitely.
